All StreetGlow/OPTX products carry a warranty. You may return a product that is covered by warranty only after obtaining an Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please provide the information below from your proof of purchase (receipt). Once your request has been reviewed, our warranty department will contact you with a RA number and given instructions on how to proceed with the return. |
| NOTE: In order to process your warranty, you will be instructed to include the original purchase receipt and pack it with the defective product(s) to be returned. Streetglow will not warranty items without original proof of purchase. |
